Dartmouth Elementary PTA Brag List 2024-2025

 

Dartmouth PTA has been hard at work making our school the best it can be.  Here are some of the many things we have helped finance and do this few years.

 

  • Purchased 18 Ozobots for STEM actives in library
  • Purchased soccer nets
  • Purchased 3D filament
  • Purchased large amount and varying sizes of girls and boys underwear for the nurse
  • Hosted monthly Ducks Dad's club meetings
  • Purchased the Electric Marquee and funded the necessary electrical work needed for marquee
  • Purchased Outdoor Learning Center sensory equipment and instruments
  • Organize and host School Carnival
  • Purchased new Outdoor Learning Center shed
  • Hosted Garden Days
  • Organize monthly Spirit Nights to raise funds
  • Boosted moral by providing treats to teachers throughout the year
  • Host Holiday Store every December
  • Hosted January Back to School breakfast for the teachers
  • Maintain the Outdoor Learning Center and Orchard
  • Purchased lights and maintained Hydroponic Garden Tower
  • Organized Dartmouth Walk to School Day
  • Organize the purchase and distribution of school supply packs for students
  • Hosted Back to School Teacher Luncheon
  • Welcome back gifts and Sympathy flowers for staff
  • Designed Dartmouth’s school spirit shirt
  • Award a Volunteer of the Month
  • Organize room parent volunteers to assist teachers
  • Hot chocolate with the Principal for student PTA members
  • Organize Staff Appreciation Week
  • Multiple decorating projects around the school
  • Organize Big Brother / Big Sister Events for 1st and 5th grade
  • Maintain our Website and social media accounts
  • Create & Update Weekly Announcement Board- reminding the kids of what is going on and how to dress for the week
  • Donated to the JJ Pearce Scholarship Fund
  • Decorated the Teachers’ Lounge monthly and stock the teacher’s lounge with coffee essentials
  • Donated money for: Kindergarten & 6th Grade Graduation, Field/Water Day, grade level needs, and organization & club parties
  • Provide birthday gifts to teachers and staff
  • Provide a monthly snack to teachers at their Staff Meeting
